

一、学校概况
日博体育,日博电竞app位于河南省郑州市,创建于1958年,是河南省人民政府和国家中医药管理局共建高校、教育部中国政府奖学金生培养高校、河南省政府奖学金生培养高校。学校现有5个校区,占地面积1862亩,在校生2万余人。
学校来华留学生教育始于1993年,是中国教育部首批批准具有招收留学生资格的河南省高等院校之一。学校现有中医学、中药学、中西医结合3个一级学科博士学位授权点及1个中医博士专业学位授权点;有中医学、中药学、中西医结合、临床医学、护理学等8个一级学科硕士学位授权点,有中医、中药、护理、公共卫生、针灸等10个硕士专业学位授权点。 学校师资力量雄厚,现有博士生导师212人,硕士生导师794人,国医大师4人,长江学者1人,中医药传承与创新“百千万”人才工程(岐黄工程)首席科学家1人、岐黄学者7人,全国名中医6人,全国中医药高等学校教学名师2人。

四、申请条件
(一)非中国籍公民,身心健康,无犯罪记录;
(二)遵守中国法律法规及学校规章制度;
(三)学习态度端正,成绩优秀;
(四)硕士研究生项目申请人,须具有学士学位或具有同等学历,年龄一般不超过40周岁(中国政府奖学金申请人年龄不超过35周岁);
(五)博士研究生项目申请人,须具有硕士学位或同等学历,年龄一般不超过45周岁(中国政府奖学金申请人年龄不超过40周岁);
(六)中文授课专业,中文能力需至少达到HSK四级水平;英文授课专业,英文能力需托福(TOEFL)成绩不低于80分,或雅思(IELTS)成绩不低于6.0分(适用于非英语母语者)。
(七)申请人须同时符合日博体育,日博电竞app在学术能力及其他方面的入学要求。
五、申请材料
1.《日博体育,日博电竞app外国留学生入学申请表》(在线填写);
2.护照首页(照片页)与来华签证页(若有来华经历)扫描件。(自申请提交之日至入学报到完成前,护照信息不可更改,请注意护照有效期不少于10个月);
3.学历学位证明材料:最高学历(本科/硕士)阶段毕业证书、学位证书扫描件(应届毕业生提供预毕业证明),须经公证;非中文材料需附经公证的中文或英文译文;
4.学习成绩单。最高学历(本科/硕士)阶段完整成绩单扫描件(原件或经公证的复印件),中英文以外文本需附经公证的中文或英文译文;
5.研究计划。硕士研究生项目申请人须提供600字以上的研究计划,博士研究生项目申请人须提供800字以上的研究计划,用中文或英文书写;
6.推荐信。提交两名教授或副教授的推荐信(需包含推荐人职称、联系方式、签字及日期),只可用中文或英文书写;
7.《外国人体格检查表》(附件2)和血液检查报告单扫描件,检查结果有效期为6个月;
8.经济担保证明(可提供银行存款证明,金额能涵盖在华学习期间的学费与生活费;或提供相关动产、不动产证明等;或与学校签署经济担保证明书,见附件3);
9.无犯罪记录证明。申请人须提交由所在地公安机关出具的有效期内的无犯罪记录证明,有效期应为提交申请之日前6个月以内;
10.中文或英文水平证明。中文:HSK大于4级的成绩报告。英文:托福(TOEFL)成绩大于80分,或雅思(IELTS)成绩大于6.0分的成绩报告(适用于非英语母语者);
11.年龄不满 18 岁的申请人:须提交经中国驻外使领馆认证的在华事务委托书或在华监护人委托书等相关材料。
注意:所有通过系统上传的材料须清晰、真实、有效。建议申请人使用专业设备扫描需提交的有关文件,因上传材料不清晰或不可识别造成的后果由申请人承担。提交的材料如有中英文以外文本,须附经公证的中文或英文版本。
六、申请流程
申请者须在申请截止日期前,登录“日博体育,日博电竞app国际学生在线服务系统”(https://hactcm.17gz.org/)完成网上注册,填写信息并上传全部申请材料。
七、申请截止日期
1.中国政府奖学金“高水平研究生”项目申请人:截至2026年3月10日;
2.自费生、河南省政府奖学金、仲景国际奖学金项目申请人:截至2026年6月20日。
八、审核录取
1.学校审核申请人材料,择优录取,不满足条件的申请人或不符合要求的申请材料,不予受理;
2.学校将通过系统和邮件通知录取学生。

2026 International Graduate Programs of Henan University of Chinese Medicine
1. About HUCM
Henan University of Chinese Medicine is located in Zhengzhou, Henan Province. Founded in 1958, it is a university co-built by the People's Government of Henan Province and the National Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine, a higher education institution qualified to cultivate international students under the Chinese Government Scholarship Program by the Ministry of Education, and a university qualified to provide the Henan Provincial Government Scholarship for international students. The university currently has 5 campuses covering a total area of 1,862 mu, with more than 20,000 enrolled students.
The university's international student education started in 1993, making it one of the first higher education institutions in Henan Province approved by the Ministry of Education of China to recruit international students. At present, the university has 3 first-level discipline doctoral programs, namely Traditional Chinese Medicine, Chinese Materia Medica, and Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine, as well as 1 professional doctoral program in Traditional Chinese Medicine. It offers 8 first-level discipline master's programs, including Traditional Chinese Medicine, Chinese Materia Medica, Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine, Clinical Medicine, and Nursing, and 10 professional master's programs covering Traditional Chinese Medicine, Chinese Materia Medica, Nursing, Public Health, Acupuncture and Moxibustion, etc. The university boasts a strong faculty team, with 212 doctoral supervisors, 794 master supervisors, 4 National Masters of Traditional Chinese Medicine, 1 Changjiang Scholar, 1 Chief Scientist of the "Million, Thousand, Ten Thousand" Talent Project for the Inheritance and Innovation of Traditional Chinese Medicine (Qihuang Project), 7 Qihuang Scholars, 6 National Renowned Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners, and 2 National Famous Teachers of Traditional Chinese Medicine Higher Education.

4. Eligibility
To be eligible, an applicant must:
4.1 Be a citizen of a country other than the PRC and in good health both mentally and physically, and have no criminal record.
4.2 Abide by the laws and regulations of the Chinese government and the rules and regulations of the university.
4.3 Have a positive attitude towards learning and excellent academic performance;
4.4 Applicants for master's degree programs must hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent academic qualifications, and be generally under the age of 40 (applicants for the Chinese Government Scholarship must be under the age of 35).
4.5 Applicants for doctoral degree programs must hold a master's degree or equivalent academic qualifications, and be generally under the age of 45 (applicants for the Chinese Government Scholarship must be under the age of 40).
4.6 For programs taught in Chinese: Applicants must attain a minimum HSK Level 4 proficiency in Chinese. For programs taught in English: Non-native English speakers must provide a valid TOEFL iBT score of no less than 80, or an IELTS score of no less than 6.0.
4.7 Meet the admission requirements of HUCM in terms of academic ability and other relevant aspects.
For Chinese medicine majors, the age limit may be appropriately relaxed according to the actual situation.
5. Application Documents
5.1 Application Form for International Students of Henan University of Chinese Medicine (Filled in online);
5.2 Scanned copies of the photo page of your passport and the China visa page (if you have previously traveled to China) are required. Please note that your passport information shall not be modified from the date of application submission until the completion of enrollment registration. In addition, your passport must have a remaining validity period of no less than 10 months.
5.3 Scanned copies of graduation certificates and degree certificates from your undergraduate/master’s studies (graduating students may provide a pre-graduation certificate). All documents must be notarized. For documents in languages other than Chinese, a notarized Chinese or English translation must be attached;
5.4 Academic transcripts. Scanned copy of the complete academic transcript from your highest academic level (undergraduate/master’s degree studies). The transcript must be an original document or a notarized copy. For transcripts in languages other than Chinese, a notarized Chinese or English translation must be attached.
5.5 A study or research plan. Applicants for master's degree programs are required to submit a research proposal of no fewer than 600 Chinese characters or equivalent English words. Applicants for doctoral degree programs are required to submit a research proposal of no fewer than 800 Chinese characters or equivalent English words. The proposal can be written in either Chinese or English.
5.6 Recommendation letters. An applicant for a graduate program or for academic education as a senior scholar shall submit two recommendation letters in Chinese or in English from professors or associate professors. The letters must include the recommenders' academic titles, contact information, signatures, and dates.
5.7 Scanned copies of the Foreigner Physical Examination Record (Appendix 2) and blood test reports are required. The validity period of the examination results shall be 6 months.
5.8 Proof of financial support is required. You may provide a bank certificate of deposit with an amount sufficient to cover your tuition fees and living expenses during your studies in China, or provide certificates of relevant movable and immovable properties. Alternatively, you can sign the Letter of Financial Support with the university, as specified in Appendix 3.
5.9 An applicant shall submit a valid certificate of Non-Criminal Record (or Police Clearance Certificate) issued by the local public security (such as the police station), usually issued within 6 months prior to the submission date of the application;
5.10 Certificate of language proficiency. Chinese Language Proficiency: An official score report indicating HSK Level 4 or higher. English Language Proficiency: An official score report showing a TOEFL iBT score of 80 or above, or an IELTS score of 6.0 or above. This requirement applies to non-native English speakers.
5.11 Applicants under the age of 18 must submit relevant documents such as a Power of Attorney for Affairs in China or a Power of Attorney for Guardian in China, authenticated by the Chinese embassy or consulate in the host country;
NOTE: All documents submitted to the internet system must be clear, authentic, and valid. For the submitted documents, applicants are advised to scan them with professional equipment. The applicant shall be responsible for the consequences caused by the unclear or unrecognizable uploaded documents. Any submitted documents in languages other than Chinese or English must be accompanied by a notarized Chinese or English translation.
6. Application Process
An applicant shall log in to the “International Student Service System of HUCM” (https://hactcm.17gz.org/), register online, fill in the application information, and submit all documents through the system.
7. Deadline
March 10th, 2026, for Chinese Government Scholarship programs;
June 20th, 2026, for the Henan Provincial Government Scholarship, the HUCM Zhongjing International Scholarship, and self-funded applications.
8. Admission Confirmation
8.1 HUCM examines the application documents and decides the nominated candidates. Applicants who do not meet the requirements or whose application materials do not meet the requirements will not be accepted.
8.2 HUCM will notify the admission results to the applicants by system and email.

International students who meet the scholarship eligibility criteria may select to apply for the "Chinese Government Scholarship", "Henan Provincial Government Scholarship", or "Zhongjing International Scholarship of Henan University of Chinese Medicine" when completing online registration and application via the "Henan University of Chinese Medicine International Student Online Service System" (https://hactcm.17gz.org/).
Among these scholarships, the Chinese Government Scholarship provides full funding covering tuition fees, accommodation fees, living expenses, insurance fees, and application fees. Both the Henan Provincial Government Scholarship and the Zhongjing International Scholarship of Henan University of Chinese Medicine offer full coverage of tuition fees and application fees.
